Opus International Consultants is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, widely recognised as a leader in the field of Asset Management.
Asset Management is being recognised increasingly by infrastructure owners and managers as a key tool in the sound stewardship of assets that are in their care and as a means of ensuring optimal use of constrained funding. To maximize the level of assistance that we can provide to our clients we are looking for a Municipal Engineering Consultant to grow our team in our established Victoria Office.

The preferred candidate will have some of the following attributes:
- Be a professional engineer registered in BC or qualifications to be able to readily obtain membership with APEGBC;
- Experience in the maintenance of water, wastewater, storm water, transportation or park assets;
- An understanding of infrastructure asset management including preparation of long-term financial plans, asset inventory, data collection and condition assessment;
- Experience in the design and management of municipal capital projects;
- Experience in the transportation or environmental engineering fields;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with infrastructure management tools and systems; and
- Demonstrated capability to plan and complete projects.
